Patty Chiang's remarkable journey in the travel industry is a testament to her unwavering dedication and pioneering spirit. After completing her hotel management course in 1992, Patty quickly realized that her true passion lay in guiding travelers through the wonders of Africa. In 1995, at the remarkable age of 21, she became the youngest Mandarin-speaking tourist guide in South Africa, breaking barriers and setting new standards in the industry.
Despite SATOUR's (Old South Africa Tourism Board) stipulation that the minimum age to become a tour guide is 23, Patty Chiang defied the odds and became an exception, showcasing her extraordinary talent and determination. Over the years, Patty has had the privilege of serving tens of thousands of Asian tourists, ranging from everyday people to top government officials. Her expertise and professionalism have earned her widespread acclaim, and she has become a trusted ambassador for African tourism. Even during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, Patty remained resilient, adapting her approach to continue showcasing the beauty of the continent to eager travelers.
Through her dedication and perseverance, Patty has not only survived but thrived in an ever-changing industry. Her passion for travel and her commitment to promoting Africa's rich cultural heritage and natural beauty continue to inspire those around her. Since 2004, Israel has held various positions with differing responsibilities, consistently proving themselves to be reliable, dependable, and responsible. Holding a degree in Travel Tourism, Israel has served as a tour guide for 16 years, showcasing their expertise in the field.
Passionate about making a difference in people's lives, Israel actively participates in charitable organizations such as Lions Club International, where giving back is a driving force. Additionally, Israel has successfully managed their own company for 22 years, overseeing the welfare of more than 15 family households.
Outside of work, Israel is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about golf. They also dedicate time to supporting juniors in sports, reflecting their commitment to community involvement and mentorship. Overall, Israel Rupiya is a well-rounded individual with a strong dedication to both their professional and philanthropic endeavours.

Raised in the Rift Valley of Kenya, an area celebrated for its abundant wildlife and stunning landscapes, their passion for nature and wildlife was ignited at a young age. This fervor drove them to become an active participant in the Wildlife Clubs of Kenya throughout their educational journey, where they deepened their understanding of flora and fauna and recognized the importance of conservation efforts to safeguard the rich heritage of their homeland.
Following high school, they pursued further education in Tourism Management at Moi University of Kenya, setting the stage for a distinguished career in the tourism industry. With a tenure exceeding fifteen years, they have excelled as a professional tour manager, renowned for introducing travelers to novel and thrilling destinations. Their skill in designing tailor-made itineraries that surpass the expectations of tour groups has set them apart in the field. As an experienced professional known for their independent work approach, they consistently enrich clients' touring experiences, underscoring their dedication to excellence within the tourism domain.
